I had contacted the Account Specialist at West County Radiology her name was Amanda to discuss some outrageously large bills that I had received. Amanda the Account Specialist was very unprofessional and nasty. When I asked for her job title she said,"why do you want to know." This women behaved as if she was a child on a power trip. When I told her about my situation and the outrageous bill that their company forced upon me, she told me she has had the same experience in life as me, and that she has 3 kids of her own and she does it all on her own and she still takes care of her bills. I believe she was trying to imply for me to man up I guess and just pay something that I felt I did not owe. Well Amanda, I pay my bills and the only delinquent account I have on my credit report is this outrageous bill, that I refuse to pay. You are wrong for your behavior and the way you represent your company.
